Active: Any person, partnership, corporation, firm, association, or governmental agency engaged in breeding, raising, feeding, or handling buffalo in North America or who owns buffalo, shall be eligible to be an active member of the corporation.

Joint: Any two persons engaged in breeding, raising, feeding or handling buffalo in North America or who owns buffalo, shall be eligible to be active members of the K.B.A. with each entitled to the rights and privileges afforded to active members.

Associate: Any person, partnership, corporation, firm, association, or governmental agency interested in buffalo shall be eligible to be an associate member of the corporation.
